Who it’s for
Anyone filing a personal return: first-time filers, families, retirees, landlords, gig workers and the self-employed. If your situation has changed — a new job, a new baby, a home purchase, a side business — that’s exactly when a professional pays for itself.
What’s included
- Federal (Form 1040) and State returns
- W-2, 1099-NEC, 1099-K and gig-platform income
- Self-employment income and expenses (Schedule C)
- Rental property income (Schedule E)
- Investments, crypto and retirement distributions
- Education, child and earned income credits
- Prior-year and amended returns
- Out-of-state and part-year returns
How pricing works
Your price is based on the forms your return needs, not on the size of your refund. A simple W-2 return starts at $295. We’ll tell you the price before we begin.
Common questions
How long will my appointment take?
Most individual returns take about 30–45 minutes in the office if you bring everything on our checklist.
When will I get my refund?
Most e-filed returns with direct deposit are processed by the IRS within about 21 days. You can track it with the IRS Where’s My Refund? tool.
Can you file my return if I missed the deadline?
Yes. Filing as soon as possible limits penalties, and if you’re owed a refund there’s usually no penalty at all. See tax resolution if you have several unfiled years.
